To Enter: Vote for your favorite Klorane product and complete the online entry form for a chance to win it. Five luck winners will each receive their voted product.
Sponsor: Pierre Fabre USA, Inc., 8 Campus Drive, 2nd floor, Parsippany, NJ 07054 (the “Sponsor”).
Agreement to Official Rules: By entering this Promotion, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Any violation of these rules can result in disqualification. All decisions of the Sponsor regarding this Promotion are final and binding in all respects.
Odds of Winning: The odds of winning a prize in this promotion depend on the number of eligible entries received. Each winner is chosen at random. Valid submissions commenced on Monday, February 2, 2015 at 12 PM EST and will continue until 11:59 PM EST on February 13, 2015. Five (5) winners will be announced on February 16, 2015 before 5 PM EST and notified via social media.

Prizes: Five (5) winners chosen at random will each receive one (1) full-size of the product that they voted for as their favorite..

Terms and Conditions: By accepting this prize package, the winner agrees that the Sponsor and its successors, assigns may use your name, and likeness and any statements made by or attributed to you relating to the Promotion in any and all media, now known or hereafter devised, in perpetuity for advertising, marketing, publicity and promotional purposes in connection with the Promotion without compensation. You release the Promotor and the Prize Sponsors from any liability arising from such use, including, without limitation, claims for invasion of privacy, infringement of your right of publicity and defamation.

Eligibility: This Promotion is only open to natural persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years old as of the date of entry. Officers, directors, members, and employees of Sponsor, the judging organization (if applicable), or any other party associated with the development or administration of this Promotion, and the immediate family (i.e., parents, children, siblings, spouse), and persons residing in the same household, as such individuals are not eligible to enter. This Promotion is void outside the United States and where prohibited.
Collection and use of personal information: The information you provide will be used for qualifying your entry and shipping your prize, should you be chosen as a winner. You will have to provide personally identifiable information in order to participate in this Promotion. Any and all information, stories, pictures or other data or items submitted to Sponsor or Facebook for participation in any promotions, contests, sweepstakes or other activities which may be available shall immediately become the property of Sponsor and Sponsor reserves the right to use any and all such information, stories, pictures or other data or items for any lawful purpose; and all such information, stories, pictures or other data or items which may have been submitted to Sponsor shall become the sole property of Sponsor all rights reserved. Sponsor may disclose personal or non-personal information for purposes of a contest, sweepstakes, promotion or other activity available on its or the Facebook website or to improve Sponsor’s marketing or promotional efforts. There may also be times when Sponsor shares aggregate information (that does not individually identify any particular person) with advertisers, business partners, subsidiary companies, affiliated companies, parent corporations, sponsors, joint venture partners and other third parties in an effort to customize or enhance the content and advertising of its website for future users or to improve Sponsor’s marketing and promotional efforts.

Release and Limitations of Liability. By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, other companies associated with the Sweepstakes, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of the prize (including any travel or activity related thereto), including, but not limited to:
(a) any technical errors associated with the Promotion, including lost, interrupted or unavailable Internet Service Provider (ISP), network, server, wireless service provider, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone, cellular tower or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties;
(b) unauthorized human intervention in the Promotion;
(c) mechanical, network, electronic, computer, human, printing or typographical errors;
(d) application downloads,
(e) any other errors or problems in connection with the Promotion, including, without limitation, errors that may occur in the administration of the Promotion, the announcement of the winner, the cancellation or postponement of the event and/or the flyover, if applicable, the incorrect downloading of the application the processing of entries application downloads or in any Promotion related materials; or
(f) injury, death, losses or damages of any kind, to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrants participation in the Promotion or acceptance, receipt or misuse of the prize (including any travel or activity related thereto).

You further agree that in any cause of action, the Released Parties liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Promotion, and in no event shall the entrant be entitled to receive attorney’s fees. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever,
including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.

Governing Law: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these official rules or the rights and obligations of a participant or sponsor in connection with the promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the state and the federal laws of New Jersey, applicable therein without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other laws.
